A warm welcome to our midwifery practice!


We would like to assist you with all our knowledge, experience and attention. We're here for you from the first months of your pregnancy until the first weeks after birth!


It is a privilege for us to guide you in this in a professional, personal and committed way. We give you all the freedom that is medically justified within the limits. As a midwife we encourage you as a pregnant woman to have confidence in your own strength and this is only possible in an environment where you feel safe!

Our small practice is an advantage here. The contact is personal and the lines are short. In this way we build a personal bond together.

Our job

You discover that you are pregnant. This is where our job as midwives starts to support you where possible. We take this task very seriously and that's why our guidance starts with the first contact. It's important for us that everyone feels comfortable. We want you to know that you can contact us with all your uncertainties, questions and wishes. And we understand better than anyone that our care in this is essential to have your baby born in the best and responsible way for you. So you can look back on your pregnancy and delivery with a good feeling.

With which questions can we help?

As parents to be you will be surprised by a the amount of questions you will have during pregnancy. You read all the magazines and books you can find. Sometimes you'll find the answers to your questions, but more often that leads to even more questions. This is very normal and especially with a first child. You can no longer see the forest for the trees. And that's where we, as midwives, come into the picture.
And then finally the baby is born! The moment you've been waiting for. Where the questions used to be about your own body, the development of the baby and the upcoming delivery, they will now mainly concern the care of your baby, the postpartum period and your own recovery. No questions are crazy or too much!

Our working area is Amsterdam and the surrounding municipalities. (for example Diemen, Duivendrecht, Amstelveen, etc.) The Amsterdam region includes Amsterdam Southeast / North / East / South and West.
